The Role: As the Office Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our Cape Town Regus center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of the center while devising strategies to boost sales and revenue. Your leadership will create an exceptional working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Daily Adventure at Regus:
- Begin your day with an informal team huddle over coffee to plan and prepare for the day ahead.
- Welcome and assist members and meeting room guests, ensuring their needs are met and they’re set up for success.
- Engage with potential new members, understanding their business requirements and fostering connections within the Regus community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for a large corporate moving into the center.
- Introduce prospective members to the benefits of Regus membership through engaging tours and discussions.
- Host operations meetings for your local cluster of centers, exchanging insights and knowledge with fellow Community Sales Managers.
- Conclude your day with member interactions, gauging their satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience.
Who You Are: We’re seeking a skilled individual who thrives on managing dynamic operations. Your ability to foresee challenges, motivate teams, and prioritize service excellence will be your key assets.
- An adept communicator experienced in customer interactions, preferably from the hospitality or events sector.
- Confident, approachable, and skilled at building strong customer relationships.
- A charismatic leader who leads by example, motivating and guiding your team to success.
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of challenges and finds effective solutions.
- Positively charged, adaptable, and comfortable navigating rapid changes.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
